CLEAN Holiday Treats

Here are two simple recipes to try 🎄🎄

Raspberry Bar

Ingredients:

1 container Cottage Cheese

1 pint fresh Raspberries

1-2 tbsp Maple Syrup

Siete Cookies or similar brand

1tsp coconut oil

Coconut Flakes

Method:

Prepare Crust:

Crush Siete (brand) cookies in small blender and add coconut oil. Place at bottom of dish.

Blend cottage cheese, raspberries, and maple syrup. Add to top of crust

Place coconut flakes on top. 

Freeze until the bar is firm. Serve at room temp out of freezer - cut into squares.

Peppermint Bark

Semi Sweet Dark Chocolate

White Chocolate

Candy Cane - Organic (fructose free and chemical free) thrive brand used.

Peppermint Extract. Organic brand.

Method:

Melt Dark chocolate and place on parchment - FREEZE till firm

Melt White chocolate with TBSP of Peppermint extract at end.

Top dark chocolate.

Grind candy cane and top 

Freeze until solid.  Break and keep in fridge till ready to eat!
